The business office personnel handle all of your scheduling, financial and insurance issues. They're answering phones, seating patients, arranging appointments, making financial arrangements, handling the mail, sorting the charts and coordinating the insurance. These talented ladies are masters of balancing multiple tasks.

My name is Donna Galeher and I have been the Office manager for the past 32 years. Many of you have asked if I am retired but, like Dr. Kowalik, I enjoy working, especially with the wonderful people that I meet every day. One of the main functions of my job is to be the liaison between patients, staff and the doctors. I hope that patients feel that they can come to me with questions, problems and comments about our practice. I am still active as a Stickney Township Trustee and the President of the Burbank Chamber of Commerce. We have two grandsons, Aidan and Devan. I enjoy being part of the TEAM that I feel provides the best dentistry possible for our patients.

My name is Christene Doyle and I am the newest member of the dental team. My specialty is researching and investigating problem insurance. I have worked in the field of dentistry for 28 years. Prior to working the front desk I was a dental assistant for 21 years. I am full of energy and love working with the public.
